Gaetano Sanacore is Graduate in Electronic Engineering at University of Palermo and is Post Graduate Master degree in ICT Security at University of Genoa. Currently, OT Security Manager & Cybersecurity Compliance for Group Security & Cyber Defence Unit of A2A Group(multi-utility company). For 22 hears he has worked in :  electricity distribution(CTO) and power generation Project Management for Automation&Cybersecurity of DCS/SCADA& IIoT/OT systems. Since 2016 he is member of  IEC Technical Committee 57 Power systems management – WG10/WG15. Since 2015 is the Scientific Director of National Committee for Electrical Grid Cyber Security, Resilience and Business Continuity.

With a background in Electrical Engineering and over 11 years of experience, she has played an active role in the company’s digital transformation, contributing to solutions such as OMS, AMI, and field mobility platforms.

She currently leads the DOC 2.0 transformation, integrating operational monitoring and OT cybersecurity within a more structured operating model to enhance resilience and safeguard critical grid infrastructure.

Maarten, Msc Eng, CISSP, CCSP, graduated as electrical engineer from the TU Delft. He started his career in cyber security as a network security auditor at AT&T, and developed through consultancy roles to cover the full spectrum of cybersecurity, through technical pentesting and audits of offices and datacentres, in different sectors including banking, government and industry. Joined APM Terminals (Maersk) in 2011 to aid with securing the operational systems at container terminals, and moved to Stedin in 2024 to support it in its challenges on the energy transition and digitisation roadmap

Adrienn is a cybersecurity professional and doctoral student specializing in the protection of critical infrastructures, with both academic and practical experience. Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Public Service on network-based analysis of critical infrastructures, she also hold’s the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certifications. Since 2022, she has worked as an OT cybersecurity specialist at MAVIR, focusing on substations. Ludovic Pontnau oversees field applications cybersecurity, including DER, Primary & Secondary Substations PACS.
He spent 17 years working for the French manufacturer SCLE SFE on various PACS projects for the French TSO (RTE) and DSO (Enedis), including remote control gateways, remote maintenance applications, local SCADA, RTU migration project, system & network architecture, configuration software.

In charge of IEC 61850 transition for various projects at SCLE SFE, he worked with IEC 62351 & 62443 standards to define the associated OT cybersecurity requirements.

He is member of IEC TC57 (61850, 62351) and TC65 (62443) and joined Enedis in 2023.

Styrmir Geir Jónsson has over 32 years of experience in IT, beginning his career with nearly two decades of service in the United States Navy, where he led digital transformation initiatives. At the turn of the century, he shifted his focus to cybersecurity, bringing deep technical insight to the evolving threat landscape. In 2006, Styrmir transitioned into consulting, and by 2008, he joined Capacent, a Nordic consulting firm—where he remained until 2021. He then moved to KPMG, continuing to advise on security and infrastructure resilience. Since 2023, Styrmir has served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Landsnet, Iceland’s transmission system operator, where he is responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure and advancing national cybersecurity strategy.

Previously, he led the Substations department for 13 years, managing a team of 55 employees and overseeing the construction and renewal of these facilities. Earlier in his career, he worked at Siemens in Nuremberg as a project manager and department head, contributing to the development of protection devices and control systems.
