Thomas Reithofer is an experienced leader in the energy sector with a strong background in strategic transformation and digitalization. He held key roles at CKW AG, most recently as Head of Grid and member of the executive board. His initiatives include fostering a learning organization, driving purpose-driven strategies, and overseeing a significant digital transformation. With a master’s in physics and an executive MBA, Thomas combines technical expertise with business acumen. With his team he is recognized for creating the largest VPP in Switzerland and his leadership in business model innovation and his commitment to agile, collaborative work environments.
Esa Äärynen, Head of Strategic Grid Planning - Helen Electricity Networks

Esa has broad experience from leading DSO’s and the TSO in Finland focusing mainly in long-term and strategic planning of distribution and transmission grids. Educational background in electrical engineering and economics. In his current role Esa is leading strategic gird planning in Helen Electricity network. Main challenges at the moment are enabling green transition, which doubles electricity consumption by 2030 and at the same time ensuring financial viability of operation in long-term.
Mihkel Härm , CEO - Elektrilevi

Mihkel Härm has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Elektrilevi, Estonia’s largest Distribution System Operator (DSO), since 2021. Elektrilevi is responsible for managing over 95% of the country's electricity distribution network. Prior to his current role, Mihkel was the Partner Relations Manager at Eesti Energia, Estonia’s national energy company. He also has extensive experience in international energy policy, having held the position of Secretary General at the World Energy Council Estonia from 2010 to 2018. Mihkel earned his PhD from Tallinn University of Technology.
Torsten Röglin, Managing Director – Stadtwerke Frankfurt

Stadtwerke Frankfurt is a fully integrated utility (incl. district heating) with an annual turnover of approx. 100 mio. € p.a. I work with Stadtwerke since April 2019. Biggest challenges in that position is to realise the transformation of heat an power business under sharp budget constraints combined with demographic change. Before taking that role I worked almost 20 years with E.On in several roles along the entire value chain(Trading, Generation, VP Energy Economics, CEO Delgaz Grid srl. (Romania). I hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Nuclear Technology) + MBA in European Utility Management and made an early career at TÜV Bayern in the field of probabilistic risk assessment.
Rene Kuczkowski, Head of the Strategy & International Cooperation Office – ENEA Operator

Graduate of Nuclear Power and Electrical Engineering at Poznan University of Technology and Management at Poznan University of Economics. Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of Management and Quality at the University of Szczecin. Head of the Strategy and International Cooperation Department at Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. He has worked in the electricity distribution sector for 11 years. He is a co-author and supervises the coherent implementation of the strategy of the electricity distribution sector together with the cooperation within the European Associations of Distribution System Operators. He also actively participates in the design, implementation and execution of projects that support the company's operational activities. He is a representative and committee member in the European associations E.DSO, EU DSO Entity and in the Committee 'Networks' in the PKEE (Polish Electricity Association. He supports the exchange of experience and is co-author of industry studies related to the electricity sector.
Tomasz Rodziewicz, Head of Innovation & New Technologies – TAURON Dystrybucja

Manager and expert responsible for innovation, research & development in power sector. Supervised a portfolio of projects and events related to energy storage systems, Smart Grid, e-mobility, microgrid, RES grid resilience, grid flexibility, performed with local and international partners. Co-author of the study for TAURON’s Intelligent Grid Infrastructure and TAURON’s Strategic Research Agenda. Member of national and international teams working with EU DSO Entity, Polish Society for the Transmission and Distribution of Electricity, Polish Electricity Committee or Scientific Councils.
Fazila Ahmad, Global Head of Data & AI Acceleration – EDP Group

Fazila Ahmad holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Lisbon University and a post-graduate degree in Business Management from Nova University. She has over 15 years of consulting experience in Energy, Health & Pharma, and Construction, specializing in Big Data & Analytics and Digital Transformation. She also brings over 30 years of volunteer experience in social development and humanitarian efforts. Since joining EDP Group in 2015, she has led digital transformation at E-REDES, advancing automation, data & analytics, and AI to optimize operations. As Global Head of the Data & AI CoE for Ai Acceleration, she drives AI strategy, scales capabilities across regions, and ensures these innovations deliver tangible business value.
Ronan McKeown, Future Networks Director – NIE Networks

Ronan is a Chartered Electrical Engineer who has worked in the Electricity Industry for 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a number of jurisdictions including Australia, GB and Northern Ireland. His experience includes Asset Management, renewable project delivery, regulation, network automation, as well as being a Senior Engineering consultant. Ronan joined NIE Networks in 2015 and worked in a number of Asset Management roles. His first Executive role was as Customer & Market Services Director in NIE Networks. This role is responsible for the majority of customer facing functions within NIE Networks, ranging across Network Connections, Digital Transformation, Market Operations and Customer Service. During this time, he has brought forward improvements in overall customer service metrics, NIE Networks’ Digital platforms and developing and delivering a Vulnerable Customer Strategy. Ronan has recently taken up anew role as Future Networks Director responsible for the DSO transition and rollout of Smart Metering in Northern Ireland.

Rannveig Loken, Head of Protection Department – Statnett

Rannveig Loken has worked in the power system sector for more than 30 years. She works for Statnett, the TSO of Norway, and holds a Master of Science in Electric Power engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She was the Chair of CIGRE SC B5 Protection and Automation between 2018 and 2024. In 2024 she became the Chair of CIGRE Technical Council.
Daniel Lafferty, Design Lead, Protection and Control – SP Energy Networks

Daniel has spent ten years as a protection and control engineer for SP Energy Networks in the transmission major projects team. He is a member of the SPEN digital substations working group and is the lead protection and control engineer on two live transmission digital substation projects.
Sander Jansenr, Product Owner Virtual Stations – Alliander

Ing. Sander has more than 10 years’ experience in the DSO sector on the edge of business/IT/OT and has knowledge about applying IEC 61850 and IEC CIM. Sander is now product owner of the virtual substations team for medium and high voltage stations within the system operations department. Sander is working at the Dutch DSO Alliander. He is partly responsible to for innovation in the 61850 and substation domain to facilitate the energy transition. Sander is a strong advocate of the open source concept and is applying it in the LF energy ecosystem and beyond.
Mika Loukkalahti, Head of Grid, Member of Executive Board – Helen Electricity Network

He was born in Finland in 1969. He studied Electrical Engineering at Tampere University of Technology and received his M.Sc. degree in 1996. He joined Helsinki Energy in 1997 as a Protection Engineer. Substation and network automation and supply reliability development were his next responsibilities. In 2006 Helen Electricity Network Ltd (DSO in Helsinki) separated from the mother company Helen. Present task is to lead the technological and planning principle development of the DSO company. The protection and automation development is one sub-task. He has been active in CIGRE B5 committee and given several presentations in various domestic and international seminars. He is married and has two children. His hobbies are orienteering and cross-country skiing.
Przemysław Starzyński, Head of the Office of Innovation Initiatives – ENEA Operator

Przemysław Starzyński - Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology and the Faculty of Management and Industrial Engineering at the University of Communication and Management. Doctor of economics in the discipline of economics and finance at the University of Szczecin.He has twenty years of professional experience in the electricity distribution sector. Currently, Head of the Innovation Initiatives Office, who is responsible for implementing and supervising innovative processes at ENEA Operator. His responsibilities include not only the creation of innovation policy, but also the active search and effective use of funds for research and development activities. Moreover, it is committed to developing cooperation with universities and research and development units to promote innovation and contribute to the development of the research and development sector in the energy sector. The commitment of his team influences continuous progress and innovation at ENEA Operator.
Dan Smidsrød, Systems Engineer Process Control – Glitre Nett

With a background as a certified electrician and a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy from the University of Agder (UiA), he has amassed extensive experience in automation and electrical systems across the oil, industrial, and energy sectors. His diverse skill set blends practical expertise with academic knowledge, enabling him to deliver efficient and innovative solutions in complex environments. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and fixing ATVs and all kind of broken things, reflecting his passion for problem-solving both professionally and personally.
Iñigo Ferrero, Protection and Control Standardization Manager – Iberdrola

Iñigo Ferrero graduated in Automatic and Electronic Engineering from the Superior Engineering College of Deusto. He started his journey in the SPACS when he joined ZIV as a Control Engineer in 2007. Then, he immersed himself totally in the IEC 61850 world when changing to the Application Department. He is working nowadays as the Protection and Control Standardization Manager at i-DE (Iberdrola) and participating as project manager in innovation projects. He is a member of the IEC TC57 WG10 and has participated in several CIGRE B5 working groups. He is currently a regular member of CIGRE WG B5.74.
Birkir Heimisson, Specialist in Digital Development – Landsnet

Received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Iceland in 2011 & M.Sc in Electric Power Engineering from Chalmers University in 2014. He joined Landsnet (TSO of Iceland) as a system operator in 2014. Together with system operation, he led the Smart-grid development with focus on Wide-Area-Measurements and Control. Additionally, Heimisson was work-package leader for Landsnet in EU Horizon 2020 MIGRATE project. In 2019, he moved to research and development, where he focuses on Digital Substation implementation based on IEC 61850 and Smart-Grid Development.
Mohseen Mohemmed, Lead Protection Automation and Control Engineer, Digital Substation – SSEN Transmission

Mohseen is the Lead Protection, Automation & Control (PAC) Engineer within the Policy and Standards digital substation development team. Mohseen is heavily involved with the innovation team looking at the prospects of using emerging technologies for current and future projects of SSEN Transmission. Currently working on the task of next stages for full IEC61850 implementation with process-bus as business as usual. He took his career in Transmission sector after graduating from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2002. He is a UK regular member for CIGRE B5.74 Busbar protection considerations when using IEC 61850 process bus.
Erik Wejander, Project Leader Digital Substation – Svenska kraftnät

Erik Wejander leads the development of Svk’s new process bus based transmission substation concept aimed at simplifying substation implementation projects and leveraging the benefits of IEC61850 information model and process bus based functions. Erik has experience from many substation projects in Sweden and abroad, and also leads the development of IEC61850 for the Generation Domain as convenor of IEC TC57/WG18. At Svk Erik strives to interconnect different business areas to gain the benefits of using IEC61850, process bus networks, and SCL files.
Machtelt Eggink, Technical Innovation Manager – Stedin

Machtelt Eggink holds an MSc in Business Information Management from Erasmus University. Previously, as a Digital Transformation Consultant, she led accelerator projects in data-driven transformations. Currently, as a Technical Innovation Manager at Stedin, she spearheads technical innovations to future-proof the Dutch distribution grid and drives the Stedin Edge Computing research programme. This programme focuses on defining the role of Edge Computing in energy distribution and identifying DSO requirements from the market. Stedin collaborates with technology suppliers, Dutch educational organizations, and European DSOs to realize this research

Jan Vorrink, Senior Advisor International Affairs, Future Design, System Operation – TenneT TSO

Jan Vorrink has over 20 years of experience in the Electricity business at the Dutch Transmission System Operator. Mr. Vorrink has graduated as a Masters in Business Administration and is an Engineer. He is working for TenneT since 2002 as a Manager in several departments. He was more than 15 years responsible for the Control Centers of TenneT TSO in the Netherlands. He is also involved in the Association of the TSO’s in Europe (ENTSO-E) in the System Operation Committee and several other groups.
Deepa Shaji Kumar, Innovation Development Project Manager – SSEN Transmission

Deepa works in the Innovation team at SSEN Transmission. In the present role, she is working on smart flexible grid management schemes to optimise the utilisation of transmission network and enhance the hosting capacity to support the integration of large-scale low-carbon technologies, thus accelerating the net zero transition. Prior to this Deepa worked with PNDC, University of Strathclyde, a whole energy systems research, test and demonstration facility with a focus on the de-risking and acceleration of novel electricity, heat and transport systems. One of the key innovation projects she worked on is the Constellation - a world-first smart substation trial based on virtualisation architecture, that will unlock more renewable energy.
Maman Idi Cheffou, Project Manager Enedis

I’m an engineer, with 20 years’ experience mainly in IS departments. I have a strong background in project and program management in the energy business field. I joined Enedis two years ago to work on the DERMS project.
Sherif Hussein, Project Manager - EDF

Sherif Hussein is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the utility industry, specializing in SCADA, telecommunications, telemetry, and automation technologies. As a consultant at a leading firm, Sherif advises clients on SCADA and automation solutions for transmission and distribution system grids. In his role as a project manager at EDF CIST in Bahrain, he was instrumental in developing innovative SCADA and automation systems. Sherif’s extensive expertise and commitment to advancing the industry make him a highly respected figure in his field.
Davide Della Giustina, Chief Business Transformation Officer – Smart Infrastructures - A2A

M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Physics received in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Executive MBA received in 2019. Currently, Chief Business Transformation Officer for the B.U. Infrastructure of a multi-utility company. Formerly, Director of the Networks and Systems Operation division of an Electric and Gas distribution utility; Head of Smart Grid department and Project Manager innovation.
Matija Naglic, Business Developer – TenneT TSO

Matija Naglic received Uni. Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering, study filed Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2011. In 2020 he received Ph.D. degree in Power System Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computers Science, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. He currently works at TenneT TSO, focusing on control room of the future and digital twin developments. He leads a WAMS task force within the ENTSO-E Working Group 5 of RDIC.
Ívar Hrafn Ágústsson, Control system specialist – Veitur

Ívar is a Lead Control System Specialist at Veitur, where he manages the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). With 5-year experience in utility operations, Ívar is currently leading a project with GE to implement an Outage Management System (OMS), integrating smart meter data for real-time outage detection and automated response. He is dedicated to enhancing grid reliability and improving response efficiency through innovative technologies.
Giuseppe Martinelli, Domain Architect Business, Power System Data– Svenska kraftnät

Giuseppe is a Business Architect at Svenska kraftnät, where he focuses mostly on data exchange with external parties and integration between different internal systems. He is responsible for the Modelling Handbook, which describes Svenska kraftnät’s modelling strategies and best practice using CIM. He is a member of the Svenska kraftnät CIM Expert Group, a cross-functional body with the task to harmonize and oversee the implementation and use of CIM standards within the agency. He is member of several ENTSO-e work groups and task forces.
Emir Ozdurmus, Asset Specialist, High Voltage Control and SCADA Systems – TenneT TSO

With 14+ years of experience in Energy Automation, preparing technical specifications, participating in tenders, design, configuration and commissioning of Substation Control Systems (HV SCADA Systems) at Turkey, UAE, Qatar and the Netherlands. Currently, as part of Asset Management team at TenneT, Transmission System Operator (TSO) of the Netherlands and large part of Germany, I am responsible of; Preparation of technical specifications for High Voltage SCADA systems of 2 Gigawatt (2GW) HVDC Offshore Projects in accordance with Systems Engineering methods, participating in the tenders, supporting the execution of Projects by advising technical solutions and ensuring the quality. Nuran Cihangir Martin, Grid Strategist – Stedin

Dr. Nuran Cihangir Martin is a Grid Strategist at Stedin, Distribution System Operators in the Netherlands. She is also acting as a Postdoctoral Guest Researcher at TU Delft, Faculty of EEMCS, Intelligent Electrical Power Grids Group. She is involved in grid observability, flexibility management and digitalisation related pilot implementations and projects with industry and academic partners, including digital twin - TwinEU -project. She is a member of the E.DSO Technology & Knowledge Sharing Committee and acts as a National Representative of the Netherlands for CIGRE C6 - Active Distribution Systems and DERs. Nuran holds a Ph.D. Degree in Engineering.
Vincent Audebert, IoT & Telecom Expert – EDF

Vincent Audebert is working for more than 30 years in the EDF Group were he hold different positions inside R&D (Research engineer), Electricity Distribution Division (Telecommunication Expert), Telecommunication using BPL subsidiary (COO) and then Energy Services subsidiary (COO). Since 2011, he is back in the R&D where his main concern is to apply 5G and Internet of Things technologies to Utility business, with a focus on Smart Grids.He is EDF representative at the LoRa Alliance, 3GPP, EUTC and EUWENA. He is also member of CIGRE and IEEE. He is co-author of 3 patents and received the EPRI technology transfer award in 2015 for his work on OpenADR.


OT Cybersecurity Speakers:

Ludovic Pontnau, OT Cybersecurity Expert – Enedis

Ludovic Pontnau is in charge of field applications cybersecurity, including DER, Primary & Secondary Substations PACS (Protection Automation and Control Systems). He spent 17 years working for the manufacturer SCLE SFE on various PACS projects for the French TSO (RTE) and DSO (Enedis). In charge of IEC 61850/62443 transition for various projects, he worked with IEC 62351 & 62443 standards to define the associated OT cybersecurity requirements. He is member of IEC TC57 (61850, 62351) and TC65 (62443).
Alexander Harsch, Head of Cyber Resilience – E.ON

Alexander Harsch is Head of the Cyber Resilience Department and he is the responsible project manager for E.ON’s CyberRange-e. Alex and his department are providing Cyber Security Consulting to E.ON’s DSOs. He is responsible for security in projects related to the energy transition in e.on.Prior to joining E.ON, Alexander worked for more than 10 years in the Management consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the area "Cyber & Forensics".
Fatoumata Sangare, Industrial Information System Compliance Specialist – Enedis

Fatoumata SANGARE is in charge of cybersecurity standards implementation for Enedis SCADA solutions. She is NIS Directive and LPM specialist and has managed essential information systems homologation. She is an identity and access management specialist. She graduated from Paris X University with Master degree in Law and Master degree in Risk Management. As a continuation of her work on 62443, she has join the 2024 IEC Young Professional program.
Stanislav Kalynych, IT/OT Security Analyst – Northland Power

Stanislav currently works as IT/OT Security Analyst at Northland Power, and is pursuing Master of Engineering degree in Analytics & Machine Learning at the University of Toronto. With an extensive background in computer science and cybersecurity, he is dedicated to advancing the development and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that leverage machine learning technologies. Recognizing the evolving cybersecurity landscape, and the increasing complexity of the modern IT and OT networks, he advocates for the comprehensive use of automation to address emerging threats and enhance security resilience across critical infrastructures.
Carsten Strunge, Chief Engineer & Business Architect Grid Control Systems – Energinet

Educated M.Sc.EE from the Technical University of Denmark from 1997. Since 1997 Development Engineer at the Danish Utility R&D working with Power Systems Fault Statistics, Power Quality, Metering and Power System ICT. From 2001 at Copenhagen Energy as Protection Engineer with ICT infrastructure design for Power System Monitoring and Control. In 2006 employed at Energinet as Senior Development Engineer with focus on Smart Grids, Grid Codes, Power System Monitoring incl. PMU/WAMS and DSA, data communications and standardization. Focus today is digital design, security and resilience in power system context, specialized in impact of real-time information exchange and control in the power system.


Big Data Speakers:

Fedder Skovgaard, Business Architect – Energinet

Fedder Skovgaard began his journey in the power industry more than a decade ago as integrati-on developer, but soon started to focus on harmonizing data exchanges through a tireless enga-gement in ENTSO-E and IEC for promoting the CIM as the common language in the European market coupling processes. He is a long term member of ENTSO-E CIM working group and has led several working groups and projects in that context. He has climbed the architect elevator and after a tenure as enterprise architect is now working as business architect for control cen-ter systems at the Danish transmission system operator, Energinet.
Paul Thomson, Power Systems Engineer Modelling – National Energy System Operator

Having worked GB energy industry for over 20 years, in a variety of roles for National Grid, National Grid ESO and the National Energy SO. Gaining significant experience in Transmission system modelling and data exchange. CIM experience as part of the ENTSO-E CGMES project and subsequent WG, looking at developing the capability to exchange data. Now supporting GC changes in GB looking at enhanced data exchanges between ESO and DNOs using CGMES to facilitate this exchange. Also supporting the LTDS project which is looking at CIM as a method to enhance data exchanges.
Svein Olsen, Enterprise Information Architect – Statnett SF

Svein Harald Olsen serves as an Enterprise Information Architect at Statnett SF, the Norwegian Transmission System Operator (TSO). He holds a Master’s degree in Computer System Engineering from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, and brings over 20 years of experience in developing IT solutions across the entire electricity value chain, spanning from power generation and trading to end-user consumption. Svein is an active Norwegian member of the IEC TC57 Working Groups 13 and 14, and was honored with the prestigious IEC 1906 Award in 2023. He serves as the IEC TC57 liaison to ISO for both Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Industrial Data Ontology (IDO). Additionally, he plays a key role within ENTSO-E, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity, where he contributes to developing information models that meet EU Network Code requirements for data exchange.
Markus Virtanen, Lead Data Scientist – Fingrid

Markus works at Fingrid's Digitalization unit. He did systems programming for 15 years and joined statistical programming groups 15 years ago. During last 10 years he has focused more energy to analyzing continuous processes and started ForecastingCompany.com for teaching services. Before he has been nominated as TOP-10 event speaker while giving presentations in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo.
Henrik Hagberg, Director Price and Revenue Management – Ellevio

Heading Ellevios price and revenue team responsible for adapting tariffs and analytics to the ongoing energy transition. Including the introduction of power-based tariffs in the consumer segment during 2025 as well as aligning products with the growing need for flexibility. Previous experience for 15+ years in smart metering, managing rollout projects for both the first and second generation of smart meters in Sweden and focusing on utilizing of the AMI platform to drive digitalization of the energy utility, unlocking new potential and as a means to achieve operational excellence.
Leon Kuiper, Lead Data Scientist – Stedin

Leon Kuiper is the lead and product manager of the data science team at Stedin (a Dutch DSO) for more than 2 years. This team is responsible for the development of 12 different AI products, which include load forecasting, automating grid design, image recognition and asset condition prediction. He has experience in (strategic) data & analytics consultancy in multiple European countries and has previously worked at a solar start-up in Rwanda and for a tech start-up in London.
Anna Rådman, Senior Vice President Business Intelligence – Svenska kraftnät

Anna Rådman is Senior Vice President Business Intelligence at Svenska kraftnät. She has extensive experience in the field of power systems and has worked with procurement, installation and testing of SCADA/EMS systems in Europe and Africa. Her area of expertise covers topics such as state estimation, optimal power flow and smart grid control center. She is currently responsible for Svenska kraftnät’s data analytics department, with focus on data driven decision-making, for example through BI-solutions and forecasting.
Dan Wilson, Asset Analytics Manager – Electricity North West

Dan is the Asset Analytics Manager at Electricity North West and leads a team within Electricity North West responsible for gaining insight from asset and related data to drive optimisation of the capital investment programme, and identification of operational efficiencies. A Chartered Engineer and European Engineer (EUR ING), Dan has worked within the electricity distribution sector for 8 years, and previously worked as a Systems Engineering consultant in the Defence and Nuclear Decommissioning sectors.
Peter Kellens, Expert Assets & Grid Architecture Electricity – Fluvius

Peter Kellens has a master's degree in industrial engineering, specializing in energy. After his studies, he started his career in the academic world, where he built up his expertise in innovative energy technologies and microgrids. Since 2011, he made the switch to the energy sector. During that period, he fulfilled roles in policymaking, grid management, grid planning, and risk management. His work focused on the impact of innovative energy technologies on distribution networks, performing asset management analyses, and developing strategic guidelines to make the electricity grid in Flanders future-proof. Today, he plays a key role as one of the leaders of the action plan for voltage complaints and manage cross-functional initiatives within Fluvius. Sjors van der Heijden, Strategist Grid Automation – Stedin

Sjors is grid strategist with a focus on automation in the distribution grid at the Asset Management department of the Dutch DSO Stedin. His responsibilities are policy regarding network services, operational technology/IoT, analytics and grid control. He has over 10 years experience on infrastructure automation. Mainly in the energy sector but also in water systems (canal locks, bridges and flood barriers). Which results in extensive insight and experience in system -engineering, -architecture, sourcing, standardization, asset management and (technology) roadmaps.
Remko Logemann, Maintenance Strategist – TenneT

Remko Logemann is a maintenance strategist at TenneT, enthusiastic to accelerate data driven maintenance within the organization. He leads a cluster of five data and maintenance professionals within the team of strategists that work on data driven topics. By designing and implementing asset performance management, TenneT has better insights in the asset condition risks and can define efficient mitigation measures. This allows TenneT to better utilize its resources while keeping the security of supply high.
Jan Petráček, Chief Transformation Officer – ČEZ Distribuce

I graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. I began my professional career in 2014 when I joined the ČEZ Group. At that time, I held the position of substation technician at ČEZ Distribution Services, a.s. Since 2018, I have been working at ČEZ Distribution, a.s., where I have gradually advanced to the position of Chief transformation officer.
Slawomir Noske, Senior Innovation Expert – ENERGA-OPERATOR

Slawomir Noske graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1990. He completed postgraduate studies in MBA management studies. In 2013, he earned a Ph.D. He is with 30 years of experience in distribution network development. Currently, his innovative activity is focused on: digitization, energy market transformation and efficiency of network management. Member of CIGRE, an active participant in the association of European DSOs – EDSO and EUDSO Entity. PM and/or a member of project teams related to the implementation of new technologies and digitization. Author of numerous publications and presenter at national and international conferences.
Łukasz Kasperski, Coordinator for Measurement Systems and Energy Quality – Enea Operator

Łukasz Kasperski works at Enea Operator, one of the largest electricity distributors in Poland. In his professional role, he focuses on electricity quality, smart grids, and the utilization of measurement data. In recent years, he has been a participant of team developing new algorithms and regulations to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the power grid, particularly in the context of renewable energy development and energy transition.
